Grace and I are so full of gratitude to you and your team. Instead of just agreeing how lucky we are to have found Elizabeth House, it's all about the people within who run the home and care for the residents. 

We hear the staff during our telephone calls to Mum/Nan, so bright yet compassionate. Everyone is so empathetic to the residents needs. As the governments restrictions (due to coronavirus ) have tightened you have all raised the bar and accommodated - not all homes have a booth to ensure visitors can see and talk to each other.

We have noticed how Mums/Nans attitude has lifted (Alzeimers increases with depression) Grace and I are grateful to you all, and we look upon you as an extension to our family.
