Our services
A senior member of staff will be responsible for assisting you with planning and producing your personal care plan.
Your care plan will be reviewed, with you, each month or when your circumstances change.
Another member of staff (your Key Worker) will work closely with you to ensure your needs are being met. They will spend time getting to know you and be able to help you with any concerns you may have.
Other members of staff are always on hand to help.

We want to make sure that our home is the best choice for you. Before coming to live at Elizabeth House, a senior member of our nursing staff will assess your needs to make sure that we can offer you the right level of care.
You will then be invited to spend a full day with us to experience the home and feel whether it is the correct choice for you.
Following this, a room will be offered for a three month trial stay. This is to ensure that you will be happy and for us to confirm that we can meet your needs.
All being well, we will then make a formal offer of a permanent room.
