I would like  to tell you about the care received by my mother Muriel who sadly passed away last week just two months away from her hundreth birthday and a card from the King.

She received the best care possible by Joanne and her team during her stay and was always clean and well presented when we visited. No matter what time of day we visited we were always welcomed and greeted by name.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of Elizabeth House and the quality of the food.

Due to her dementia and not wanting to join in with what activities were going on she was always encouraged by the staff. Many times when we visited there was someone sitting with her and chatting although she could never remember this happening. 

During her last few days when we sat with mum members of staff were always popping their head round the door to see if we needed anything and we know mum was never left on her own at any time night or day.

We chose well with Elizabeth House when we decided that mum needed full time care so a very big thankyou to everyone at Elizabeth House.
